A.I.D. Personal Training is short for Attitude, Investment, and Desire, as these are the attributes we feel are most important in achieving one’s goals. In order to work towards a desired goal one must have the right attitude to believe they can achieve it. Next, they must invest the needed amount of time that is required. And finally, they must have a certain amount of desire in order to stick to a plan day in and day out, always focusing on the end goal. We know that just having a good attitude, investing a certain amount of time, and desiring to achieve a goal is not going to get you to where you want to be if you do not have a solid plan to follow. That is why we have developed detailed programs that you can follow that will lead you to your fitness goals, assuming you put in the right amount of work of course.
